
Kumaran is a content and revenue strategist. He has experience of over two decades in the broadcast and media industry. Currently as Country Head at Big FM he focuses on driving the groups growth strategies through initiatives around audio and digital content, data and insight mining practices, leveraging the power of audio on streaming platforms, connected devices and through social commerce.
Prior to Big FM, he was with Dentsu where he set up their specialist content agency called The StoryLab. Through his career he has worked in various capacities across some of the best known advertising and media companies including McCann, Rediffusion, Lowe Lintas and JWT.
He is an MBA in Marketing and has done his diploma in Digital Platform Strategies from the prestigious MIT’s Sloan School of Management.
