New Delhi: Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI), the online  multiplayer game, has launched new anthem on Father’s day with Indian dads taanas.

Conceptualised by Creativeland Asia, the campaign run by BGMI on Father’s Day  invited players to submit voice notes of their fathers delivering their roasts and transforming them to an anthem.

“Father’s Day is about celebrating the quirks and idiosyncrasies that make our Indian  dads special,” said Prateek Kole, Senior Marketing Manager, Krafton. “Our  ‘BaapGMI Anthem’ is a heartfelt tribute to the dads who add flavour to our gaming  experience. It’s a gift to celebrate the humor and love that dads bring to our lives,  virtual and otherwise.”

Shyam Nair, Executive Creative Director,  Creativeland Asia, said, “Game music is a big deal for BGMI players—it sets the mood and gets them  pumped while gaming. But let’s be real, there’s nothing quite like your dad’s shudh  desi taane to really get you going. This Father’s Day, we asked our fans to share  their actual tanaas from their dad’s as voice notes, and we turned them into an epic  anthem. Talk about motivation!”
