Aditya Birla Health Insurance launches #JumpForHealth campaign on World Health Day

The brand has collaborated with choreographer Remo D'Souza who is creating a #JumpForHealth themed dance and will nominate others to contribute by jumping for the movement. For every 10,000 jumps collected, one prosthetic leg will be donated to the underprivileged

Aditya Birla Health Insurance, the health insurance arm of Aditya Birla Capital, launched the third edition of the user-generated content initiative #JumpForHealth on World Health Day (April 7) to reinforce its belief in empowering people to live a healthy lifestyle.

Through #JumpForHealth, a month-long campaign, ABHICL is creating a movement that will get people to start their health journey through the power of jumping and help the differently abled walk again. For every 10,000 jumps collected, one prosthetic leg will be donated to the underprivileged. Overall, in the last two years, people from all walks of life participated in #JumpForHealth and ABHICL received a total of 7.7 million jumps, resulting in a contribution of 770 prosthetic legs.

We are committed to ensuring that people follow a healthy lifestyle and sustain it. For #JumpForHealth 2019, we have collaborated with choreographer Remo D’Souza where he is leading the campaign by creating a #JumpForHealth themed dance and will nominate others to contribute by jumping for the movement.”

He said, “We want to take this message to everyone across the globe and hope people take a small step by starting on their journey towards good health through jumping. And while doing that, they can help someone walk again.”

We are launching the third edition of #JumpForHealth to reinforce the philosophy of adapting a healthy lifestyle. With the #JumpForHealth campaign, we are also hoping to create an active generation that considers health as a priority,” said Ajay Kakar, Chief Marketing Officer, Aditya Birla Capital.

 One can follow the below steps to participate in the campaign:

1) Take a video of yourself or your friends, family or colleagues jumping together

2) Upload it on Facebook/Instagram/Twitter with the hashtags #JumpForHealth and #ABCHealthInsurance with the count of jumps

3) Nominate three people by tagging them
