Godrej & Boyce, the flagship company of the Godrej Group, announced that its business unit Godrej Locks and Architectural Fittings and Systems (GLAFS) has teamed up with chef Nehal Karkera, to promote their range of Cartini Knives. As part of this collaboration, Chef Nehal will be creating various recipes through an online series using a wide range of Cartini Knives, which will be a guide for people to learn about the different types of kitchen knives and their specific uses.
In this series of 60-second videos, Chef Nehal can be seen educating cooking aficionados on the variety of kitchen knives and the right way to use them, which can completely transform the cooking experience. He will be using Godrej Cartini Knives to share interesting recipes, providing tips and tricks to make the process of preparing food easier, faster and safer with the right set of tools. A set of kitchen knives can help to ensure that food preparation is safe, efficient and easy, and can also improve the quality of dishes.

Chef Nehal started his career in 2007 and has been working in the industry for 14 years. He has worked in 5-star hotels, stand-alone restaurants, and has been trained in Atlanta USA at a Michelin-star restaurant for 18 months. He has also worked with Walt Disney Cruise Lines. Currently, he is a chef consultant and food content creator working with various platforms. His recipes are all about comfort food from India and around the world, which he creates keeping in mind the availability of local produce.
