Four TVF web series figure in IMDb's Top 10 Indian web series year-end list

IMDb, the authoritative source and website for movies, TV and streaming content, with more than 200 million monthly visitors, has unveiled its first-ever Top 10 Indian web series year-end list as determined by IMDb customer ratings.

The Viral Fever’s Kota Factory has topped the list. The web series was launched in association with learning platform Unacademy. ‘Kota Factory’ is the first ‘black and white’ series that revolves around the lives of IIT aspirants based in Kota, a coaching centre industry in Rajasthan, and the difficulties of a student’s life.

Taking the sixth position in the list is another branded content web series from the house of TVF is ‘Tripling’ season 2 in partnership with Drivezy. The series aimed to drive awareness around the self-drive car rental brand. The web series’ content is also shared on another OTT platform SonyLiv.

Altogether, TVF’s four shows are listed in the top 10 web series compilation on IMDb. The other two TVF web series listed are ‘Flames’  Season 2 and ‘Humorously Yours’ Season 2. Both the web series’ content is also available MX Player. While ‘Humorously Yours’ was ranked fifth, ‘Flames’ was ranked eighth in the list. 

IMDb ratings are determined by customers who rank films and TV shows on a 10-point scale. To rate a title, customers can click the ‘Rate This’ star on any film or TV show title page on IMDb.

Among the Indian web series released in 2019, these 10 shows had the highest IMDb customer ratings.
