Varun Duggirala and Pooja Jauhari join hands to launch - ‘Plot Device Entertainment'

Varun Duggirala and Pooja Jauhari have joined hands to launch an entertainment content company called Plot Device Entertainment. This comes years after both of them exited The Glitch.

At the new venture, Jauhari will be serving as Co-founder and CEO, while Duggirala will be the Co-founder and CCO. The new venture is believed to be all about building content, products and experiences on “Life Education” for kids and their families.

Jauhari took to LinkedIn to make the announcement through a post wherein she stated, “Varun Duggirala and I kickstarting our Go To Market countdown with the founding team at Plot Device Entertainment ! What a day with this diverse and fabulous bunch.”

Earlier, Duggirala along with Rohit Raj had co-founded creative agency The Glitch in 2009. In 2013, Jauhari was appointed as VP-Client Strategy and Engagement at The Glitch and was later elevated to the role of CEO at the ad agency.

It is to be noted that The Glitch was acquired by WPP in 2017 and integrated into VMLY&R Network in 2020. Post which, in October 2022, both Duggirala and Jauhari moved on from the creative agency.

After his exit from The Glitch, Duggirala had continued his content creation journey with Take a Pause while Jauhari had founded an investment and advisory company- Seat At The Table.
